Hutchinson Unit 37 is located towards the center of the state about an hour and a half outside of the Minneapolis/ ST. Paul area. Unit 37 is a very active unit in assisting their local DAV Chapter in many of their programs as well as hosting their own.  Unit 37 Assists the Local chapter in the clothing donation program, and provide a traditional Thanksgiving Dinner  each year to local veterans who are less fortunate and have no where to go. Unit 37 provides services and goods for nursing homes in a five county radius making sure our veterans are taken care of. Unit 37 also assist with the local transportation program making sure that veterans have a ride to their much needed medical appointments to receive the health care that they need.  Two other programs sponsored by the Unit are the Quilts of Valor and the Outreach for kids program.
